Room 329=Magical

As Cassie's countdown keep reminding me, less than 2 weeks until Christmas! It's not exactly home, but we're creating our own college Christmas traditions around here. I came home on Friday after the movie and as I was unlocking my door, I heard the lucid (thanks for the word, Chris) sounds of Charlie Brown Christmas music. I peeked into Karli and Lindsey's room and saw them putting up all kinds of decorations! I sat on the floor listening to "Feliz Navidad" and cutting out paper snowflakes in complete heaven. Of course, that was just the beginning. Since then, we added a paper chain, a gingerbread house and enough Christmas decorations to make Chris comment "It looks like Christmas threw up on your futon." Karli brought piano music to play Christmas songs for us to sing, and Wednesday night we're going to watch "The Grinch." I love those girls--the make me happy and at home. I really hope it works out to live with them next year. As Tori and I realized we weren't going to get much studying done Sunday night when I got home from church, we watched Love Actually. Yes, again. But, to my credit, I didn't get to watch the whole thing because both Jenna and Andy called to chat during the movie (yay!) So excited for people to come home. And to go home myself. But, alas, finals first.
