You know you wanna be a Lostie

Do you or someone you know have the desire to get hooked on "Lost," but are afraid you've missed too much and you'll be...well, lost?

Fear not. abc.com has just posted two videos in their "Watch Full Episodes" section that are a great "Intro to Lost" course. Ideal if you don't have the time to watch the first two seasons on DVD. I like the "sneak preview" one best because it's eerily narrated by Benjamin Linus, but the other one is good, too.
