Big Green Bus

Two days ago I rode my first hybrid electric bus. Some of the buses on the 17 and 18lines (the ones that go down Nicollet) are big and green now, which for some reason thrills me everytime I see them. Apparently Metro Transit is going to buy a bunch of them to replace 10-20% of their old buses in the next few years!

If you're in the city on Monday, consider catching one of the big green buses for a free ride!
