Does anyone remember Science Court?

Finals are over, it's almost Christmas, and I'm in a pretty good mood. The apartment is turned upside-down getting ready for the performance Erin is holding in the apartment this weekend (hope to see you there!), but I still managed to get some presents wrapped last night.

Yesterday I helped chaperone the sixth graders from Emerson on their fieldtrip to Starbase. Starbase is this free program run by the National Guard (I think) that teaches kids about space and flight. Schools can take their kids there for a week of studying Mars rovers and testing flight simulators. Two awesome things made my day:
1) The instructor, who called himself Viper, mentioned that there were rovers on Mars right now. Quinae, a really enthusiastic science student but kind of an attention-hog, was shocked. "There are rovers on Mars right now?" she asked, "AS WE BREATHE???"
2) During lunch, we got to watch an episode of Science Court. Seriously, does anyone remember this show? It was on Saturday mornings like 10 years ago, and it's exactly how it sounds. In yesterdays episode, this cartoon actor guy was suing this other guy, but it turned out that inertia was responsible. Please tell me I'm not the only kid who watched this show.

Glad to see you're back, Emily! Never saw the show. Never even heard of it unless it's what the kids were watching with Bill Nye the Science Guy.
